Personal information we collect

The information we receive depends on how you contact us. We collect only what we need to respond, book, and provide the ride.

Information you give us in an enquiry

Our website enquiry form asks for:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Whether you opt in to SMS (optional checkbox on the enquiry form)
• Your message, which may include trip dates, pickup or drop-off locations, passenger counts, vehicle preferences, event details, and other information you choose to share

You may also share the same kinds of details by phone, text, or email. Please do not include payment card numbers in the enquiry form or in an unsolicited email. The enquiry form is sent to us directly and does not load third-party booking cookies.

Information collected when you book online

Online reservations are completed through a booking form hosted by our reservation partner, mylimobiz, at book.mylimobiz.com. When you use that form — either embedded on our Contact page or opened in a new window — the partner may collect:

• Passenger name and contact details (email and phone)
• Pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, and trip notes
• Passenger count, vehicle preference, and special requests
• Airport or flight details when you book an airport transfer
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our booking partner — not stored on this website

We receive booking details needed to confirm and dispatch your ride. Payment card data is handled by the booking partner and its payment processors. This website does not store your full card number.

Information from phone, email, and in-person service

If you call (518) 435-4383, email Info@Wiseguyslimousines.com, or speak with dispatch or a chauffeur, we may record the contact details and trip information needed to provide the service — including pickup and drop-off locations, scheduled times, and notes you give us about passengers, luggage, or accessibility needs. Accessibility or other special-assistance notes are used only to provide the ride you requested.

When you visit this website, our servers and the technologies described in the Cookies section may collect:

We do not use your enquiry or booking details to build a marketing list for unrelated products. We may contact you by email or phone about the request you made or a booked trip. Messages needed to complete a reservation or respond to an enquiry may still be sent by email or phone.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Phone numbers collected for SMS and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates.

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are used only by Wise Guys Limousines to send the messages described in the SMS section. We do not sell, rent, or disclose SMS consent or mobile opt-in information to affiliates, partners, or other companies. Service providers who help us operate email or reservations do not receive SMS opt-in data and are not authorized to use your phone number for their own messaging.

Other personal information (for example, an enquiry email or a completed reservation) may be processed by the providers we need in order to run this website and fulfill a ride. That processing does not include sharing SMS opt-in data or using your number for anyone else's texts:

• Booking and dispatch partner: Online reservations are processed through mylimobiz (book.mylimobiz.com). That provider receives the trip and payment details you enter in the booking form so the reservation can be created and fulfilled.
• Email delivery: Enquiry messages are sent to us using Resend, our email delivery provider, so we can receive and reply to your request.
• Hosting and infrastructure: Website hosting and related technical providers may process limited technical data as needed to operate the site securely.
• Professional advisers and insurers: We may share information with accountants, attorneys, or insurers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or handle a claim.
• Legal and safety requests: We may disclose information if required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wise Guys, our passengers, our chauffeurs, or the public.

Chauffeurs and dispatch staff receive the trip details required to complete your ride. They are expected to handle passenger information with discretion.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, and longer when the law, insurance, or a dispute requires it.

• Enquiries: typically until we have responded and for up to 24 months as a business record, unless the enquiry becomes a reservation or we must keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
• Reservations and trip records: for as long as needed to provide the ride, handle billing or claims, and meet transportation, tax, and record-keeping requirements that apply to our New York operations.
• Website logs: for a shorter operational period, unless we need them to investigate security issues or abuse.
• Cookie preference: for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small transportation business — including HTTPS on this website, limited staff access to enquiry and booking details, and reputable service providers for email and reservations. This website and our booking tools are intended for adults arranging transportation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
